All garment items are encouraged to only change or exchange within 7 days after receiving the item. To change & exchange an item your ordered online or over the phone, please contact Customer Support for instructions and to obtain a change or exchange authorization number. You can change & exchange an item by mail or at a distribution store (some exclusions may apply).

Unless we made an error with your order or we provide you with a exchange label. All change & exchange must be accompanied by the original packing slip.

Unless a product is defective or a garment item does not fit, change or exchanges will only be accepted if:

• The item is in new condition and not damaged.
• The item is change or exchange with all original packaging.
• Change & Exchange to be done in Maximum 07 Days Only.
• Due to inavailability of the particular product only exchange will be done of the same or lesser value  
• Refund for the order (Under Uncertain Situations) will be done within 7 Days.
